The flat is located above the garage and next to a 1916 farmhouse. View the 13 acres of the Sealy countryside from the balcony. Mills Creek is a part of the farm.

The flat is a one room garage apartment. Freshly renovated. There is a queen bed and a futon sleeping sofa. The Flat has a nature and western theme. The kitchenette has a fridge, coffee pot, microwave, and a toaster oven. A grill is outside on the patio downstairs. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. The big screenTV can swivel towards bed and sofa. Closet space available. The blackout curtains on all windows. The branches above the bedside window are from the creek trees.

Guest access

Guests have access to the driveway and patio in front of the flat. There will be a map to give you walking directions to the creek. There is also a right of way road that you can take a walk down. Hosts are around the property at different times.
