Therapeutic Riding & Horsemanship

Therapeutic Riding & Horsemanship

Horse time is healing time. Our therapeutic riding and horsemanship sessions are designed to support children with special needs through one-on-one experiences that build physical strength, emotional resilience, and personal confidence.

Riders often see improvements in posture, balance, muscle tone, and range of motion. But the benefits go beyond the physical — spending time with horses can reduce stress, boost self-esteem, and support social and communication skills.

Ms. Paige and Ms. Sue are certified through PATH International (Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship) and specially trained to teach adaptive riding and horsemanship skills. Sessions may include riding, grooming, groundwork, and plenty of time for connection and bonding with our gentle horses.
